The subject of the Canon has assumed great importance within biblical Christian circles due to the influence of people like Elaine Pagels and Bart Ehrmann. These individuals and many more like them want to reconsider the whole question of the Canon. This course, therefore, both studies the Old and New Testament Canons, and offers some correctives to these contemporary challenges.
